This is the summer flowering Jasmine, with scented white flowers in profusion.

Hardy Perennial.  Evergreen in the south.

Train up wires or trellis, arches, pergolas...allow to tumble over walls, embankments...or even use as a bushy, fragrant ground cover!   

Can also be grown indoors in a pot, training around a hoop (as florists do), small trellis or canes.
